Topgolf is coming to Dubai

Opening soon at Emirates Golf Club, Topgolf Dubai will be the first sporting destination of its kind in the region.

Located at Emirates Golf Club and offering stunning views of the Dubai Marina skyline, Topgolf Dubai will see the world’s fastest-growing entertainment concept arrive in the Middle East. Founded in the UK before taking the US by storm, Topgolf is a casual and fun sporting experience that blends American dining, live music and a computer game-inspired driving range.

Guests won’t be expected to adhere to strict dress codes at this particular driving range, as fun is the name of this specific game. For the uninitiated, Topgolf is a game that anyone can play (and win) where points are scored by hitting micro-chipped golf balls at giant dartboard-like targets on an outfield. The closer you get the ball to the centre or ‘bullseye’ and the further the distance, the more points earned – it’s as simple as that!

Topgolf inspires people of all ages and skill levels – even non-golfers – to come together for playful competition and because the microchipped balls instantly score themselves, players are immediately able to see the accuracy and distance of their shots on a TV screen in their hitting bay.

The fun and games don’t stop with the sport as the Topgolf experience also includes a menu of delicious food and drinks that are brought to you while you play. Making for a fun dinner date or social outing with friends. Topgolf is renowned worldwide for its combination of top-shelf drinks, big-screen TVs and music in climate-controlled hitting bays to ensure all-season comfort. Topgolf Dubai will be no different and is set to feature 102 climate-controlled hitting bays, an outdoor patio with fire pits, plus private event spaces and meeting rooms.

Scheduled to open in Q4 2020, Topgolf Dubai’s sweeping architecture will cover 60,000 square feet, encompassing three air-conditioned floors that will be home to three restaurants, plus a modern mini-golf venue for all ages.
