Armani Hotel Dubai is set to host an exclusive ‘six hands dinner’

Chefs Norbert Niederkofler, Gal Ben Moshe, and Giovanni Papi unite for an evening of culinary finesse.

As the world’s largest annual food and beverage exhibition, Gulfood, unfolds in Dubai between 21 and 25 February, Armani Hotel Dubai is set to host an exclusive dinner prepared by internationally acclaimed chefs. Gastronomical extraordinaire Chef Norbert Niederkofler, culinary whiz Chef Gal Ben Moshe, and Armani/Ristorante’s own rising star Chef Giovanni Papi will unite in an exclusive ‘six hands dinner’ event which promises to showcase exquisite flavours of the world at the world’s tallest tower, Burj Khalifa, on 23 February at Armani/Ristorante.

From the heart of the Dolomites in Italy, Chef Norbert Niederkofler received his third Michelin star in 2017. Ethics and aesthetics are two branches of philosophy that Niederkofler goes by, analyzing human behaviour and studying beauty in all of its forms; Niederkofler’s cuisine is the perfect synergy between these two disciplines, creating ‘Aesth(ethics)’.

Chef Gal Ben Moshe, an Israeli chef based in Germany, started his culinary career under renowned chefs such as Jason Atherton, Marcus Wareing and Grant Achatz before relocating to Berlin in 2012 to open his fine-dining restaurant, GLASS. In 2018, Moshe opened Prism, which was recently awarded its first Michelin Star in 2020.

Chef Giovanni Papi began his culinary career in 2002. Currently presiding as Chef de Cuisine of Armani Hotel Dubai’s signature restaurant, Armani/Ristorante, Papi demonstrates his passion for fine ingredients, creating exquisite flavour combinations that come to life through contemporary presentations that complement the restaurant’s stylish environment. Chef Papi was recently named Rising Star of the Year at the 2020 Middle East Hospitality Excellence Awards.

The ‘six hands dinner’ will offer diners an international array of gourmet dishes using the finest seasonal produce. The grape-pairing menu will feature white fish tartare, Sicilian red prawn risotto, pigeon with textures of beetroot and a signature dessert – la sfera

Priced at AED 749 per person and complemented by stunning views of The Dubai Fountain, the evening is set to be the pinnacle of culinary finesse.
