Italian restaurant Bella will open in Grand Millennium Hotel Business Bay this month

Expect an out-of-the-ordinary dining experience at Dubai’s new social hotspot.

A new Italian restaurant is scheduled to open inside Grand Millennium Hotel Business Bay later this month. Bella Restaurant and Lounge is located on the top floor of the five-star hotel, taking over the space previously occupied by Chingon.

The rooftop venue boasts breath-taking views of the city skyline and Burj Khalifa and features relaxed yet elegant décor. Named after its owner, an Italian socialite, the venue spreads across two distinct spaces. First, a loft-like lounge, where a private dining table presides above the retro-lit amber bar, then an effortlessly elegant dining room and bar, overlooking the city skyline.

Award-winning Chef Alessandro Miceli is at the helm of the venue’s culinary development, and his menu pays tribute to great Italian classics, infused with light Asian influences. Supported by the timeless direction and care of Stefano Bassanese working the floor, visitors to Bella can also expect a selection of grapes and hand-crafted cocktails to complement the glass ceiling that opens up entirely to the Dubai skies.
