Trattoria by Cinque to open at FIVE Jumeirah Village this week

A second branch of the popular Italian concept will open on 22 October.

Home of the 22-karat gold-topped burrata, popular Italian restaurant Cinque at FIVE Palm Jumeirah is opening a second branch at sister hotel FIVE Jumeriah Village this weekend.

Trattoria by Cinque is set to be more casual than it’s predecessor and takes a more rustic approach to its menu, intending to attract the young families that live in the surrounding residential areas of JVC, Motor City, Studio City, Arabian Ranches and DAMAC Hills. 

Trattoria by Cinque evokes the true essence of Italian dining and will focus on delicious homemade Italian food. Expect a large selection of pizza and pasta classics, combined with the funky and Instagrammable interiors for which the FIVE brand is known. Chef Giuseppe Pezzella is taking the lead in the kitchen and invites you to discover his Neapolitan pizza that follows a 250-year old UNESCO world heritage recipe.

There’s also a fun yet educational pasta map menu, introducing guests to the different varieties of pasta and how it is made in the different regions in Italy. 

With a daily happy hour offering 50% off beverages from 5pm to 8pm, a soundtrack of high energy Italian classics and modern tunes. Trattoria by Cinque showcases Italy through Millennial eyes, and we look forward to checking it out.
