Love is Blind UAE will follow single Arabs in the United Arab Emirates who are on a mission to find true love. They’re on the lookout for that special someone who loves them for who they are, not just what they look like. Get ready for a rollercoaster of a social experiment where they’ll meet like-minded people, share values, and aim to build a family.
The catch? They’re doing all of this without laying eyes on each other. They’ll dive into deep connections, fall head over heels, and maybe even pop the big question — all before seeing each other’s faces. Will they make it down the aisle, or will real-life factors throw a curveball? We’ll have to wait to find out.
For those unaware of the show’s structure, Love is Blind follows 15 men and 15 women as they embark on a quest for love. They communicate through purpose-built “pods”, where conversations flow freely through speakers, allowing connections to blossom without the influence of physical appearances.
These singles engage in a series of speed-dating sessions for ten days, followed by the opportunity to extend a marriage proposal when the spark ignites. The real magic happens when a couple decides to meet face-to-face only after accepting a proposal.
Once engaged, the lovebirds jet off to a romantic couples’ retreat at a luxurious resort for a week of deepening connections. This marks the transition from the virtual world to the real one, setting the stage for the final leg of their journey, where they get into the nitty-gritty details of life, meeting friends and family, and addressing topics like finances, personal habits, and future living arrangements. The ultimate test comes at the altar.
