The plated starter offers a quartet of appealing choices, including a soft and fragrant chargrilled Masala Black Cod marinated with aromatic carom seeds. There’s also a crisp and flaky Vegetable samosa served on a bed of fiery masala chickpeas, a beautiful piece of tender Nawabi Chicken Tikka infused with green cardamom, coriander and cheese, and the Amritsari Seekh Kebab, spiced with cumin and coated with peppers.
The main courses serve a selection of oven-warm tandoori bread, exotic curries and a fragrant biryani. Expect Murgh Makhni, tender chunks of chicken tikka cooked in a rich and creamy tomato sauce, Gosht Biryani that offers Awadhi style lamb layered with basmati rice, and the classic Dal Makhni, an alluring blend of creamy black lentils enriched with tomato and butter.
