The new beachfront resort opens today and we’ve had a sneak peek inside.
The trunk of Palm Jumeirah has become one of Dubai’s most happening stretches – seemingly overnight, too. And now, the likes of Eva Beach House, SĀN Beach and Señor Pico are joined by Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, bringing with it 608 guest rooms and suites. The property is poised to become the perfect escape for couples, families, friends and solo travellers looking to enjoy sunset views, a temperature-controlled swimming pool, a tranquil spa and more.
Elsewhere, a whopping ten culinary concepts reside within, including several that are unique to the property – Zing Beach Bar (offering refreshing craft drinks and a wide selection of light bites at the water’s edge) and SocialBee (featuring an entire menu designed around locally sourced honey). Mowsem, the hotel’s all-day dining destination, serves an exciting array of global cuisine, while Jones the Grocer – located on the beach and already a favourite among residents – is the perfect breakfast spot for delicious artisan food.
Launching later this year, Factory by McGettigan’s will become the ultimate neighbourhood hangout with its Irish charm, artful drinks, sharing plates, and an ever-changing lineup of live entertainment. CLAW BBQ will dial up the Southern hospitality with must-have grills and seafood, mouthwatering shakes and retro arcade games in a fun and laidback setting. Also opening later this year, Barfly by Buddha Bar will be located on the 13th floor of the property, offering sunset views of the sea, Bluewaters Island, the glittering Dubai Marina skyline and Palm Jumeirah. This restaurant, bar and lounge will boast an upscale dining and drinking experience, set to a soundtrack of uplifting music mixed by talented DJs. Also launching as the cooler weather returns is the renowned Trader Vic’s and Tahitian Village, serving up simmering plates of island-style cuisine alongside signature Mai Tais.
Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah also offers one of the city’s longest swimming pools, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, and Dubai’s first eforea Spa that provides comprehensive relaxation experiences, eight well-appointed treatment rooms, a dedicated spa suite, and a Moroccan Hammam for individuals and groups. For the young ones, the Pirates Kids Club has an indoor and outdoor area, as well as a dedicated splash pool. The hotel also features a pristine private beach with daybeds, city views, and a whole host of watersports activities. Additionally, the property has several meeting and event spaces designed for all occasions, including the outdoor Ocean Terrace that can cater for up to 800 people – perfect for weddings and other large events.
