The Nissan Patrol 2025 has launched and the grand unveiling took place in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The original car has been given an upgrade, and is taller and wider than previous models. The result: a new model that blends the heritage of the brand with state-of-the-art innovation.
The exterior of the Nissan Patrol 2025 has grown in size, and increased by 35 mm in length and width. The Patrol Y63 has a new chassis, the V-motion grille flanks is more pronounced, and the rear features vertical taillights. The exterior has two bumper styles including a city bumper and off-road bumper. The interior boasts a 14.3-inch screen on the dashboard. The gear lever has been replaced by buttons, and paddle shifters have been added.
Makoto Uchida, CEO of Nissan, explained: “The seventh generation is a bold leap forward, blending unparalleled performance, cutting-edge technology and a commanding presence to redefine what an SUV can be The Patrol is a part of this region, and for us at Nissan the Middle East is a very important market. People here have a very strong passion for the Patrol. You understand what it means to push boundaries and defy the ordinary.”
The Nissan Patrol has a special relationship with the GCC. In the run-up to the Nissan Patrol 2025 launch, the company has dropped the six-part series, Feel Patrol. The series celebrates different models through the ages, and one episode looks at its legacy in the region.
Plus, when Nissan Patrol turned 70 years old, the company unveiled a special edition at Expo 2020 Dubai. The model featured an updated design and technology features, and a commemorative badge.
