Located in Dubai Square, it will offer an immersive experience.
Dubai is taking immersive experiences to the next level. A Music, Colour and Fire Plaza is set to open in Dubai Square, and it will be a performing street. Emaar Properties is behind the dazzling development, and here’s what to expect.
The Music, Colour and Fire Plaza – as the name suggests – will include a display of fire and colours, which is set to a soundtrack of music. The site will use state-of-the-art technology to create the spectacle and is working with a Chinese company to create the features. The original plan was to make the tower taller than the Burj Khalifa. While it has now been scaled back, it will still be impressive.
Mohamed Alabbar, Founder of Emaar, explained: “Dubai Creek Tower is more than a landmark; it’s a hub for community interaction. The Music, Colour, and Fire Plaza, with its advanced technology, embodies our commitment to enhancing Dubai’s landscape through innovative design.”
Upon completion, the Dubai Creek Harbour Project will span 7.4 million square metres. One of the projects is the Dubai Square development which will combine entertainment, hospitality and shopping. The area will include 10,000 residences, 1,500 hotel rooms, and 7,500 square metres of retail.
The project will also be home to Dubai’s first drive-through mall. The site will see cars enter the mall, which is under a glass roof. Plus, the site aims to be the second-largest shopping and entertainment mall in Dubai Creek Harbour.
