The culinary experience at Soul Kitchen will reflect the story of the Arab diaspora in Latin America.

Few entertainment agencies have managed to shape Beirut’s legendary nightlife scene like Factory People (it runs mega clubs The Grand Factory and AHM), but its reach hardly ends there. The group not only operates 20 brands and 17 venues in three countries (Lebanon, Egypt, and the United Arab Emirates), but also maintains strategic global partnerships in France, Spain, and the United Kingdom.

Now, it’s gearing up to launch Soul Kitchen in Dubai and, true to its name, it’s been designed to feed the soul. It’s the first of an upcoming multi-room experience set to disrupt the city’s culinary and music landscape. This restaurant-bar concept is anchored in a unique food and drinks menu that fuses Levantine and Latin American flavours, accenting the culinary offerings with elements of alternative culture, art, and talent from the region. Taking over an intimate space, Soul Kitchen will be located in Radisson Blu Hotel, Dubai Waterfront in the heart of Business Bay. Premium dining aside, an interactive cocktail bar and a breezy terrace are also in the works.

Soul Kitchen will also feature alternative musical programming and tap into a wide range of artist residencies, all curated by Factory People. Behind the culinary experience will be the story of the Arab diaspora in Latin America, with the menu highlighting the longstanding exchange between both cultures. Incidentally, nearly 30 million people reside in Latin America’s Arab diaspora, with over nine million of them calling Brazil home.

Guests can therefore expect an array of dishes modelled around the social dining traditions inherent to these regions, all part of an open-ended adventure for the senses. Besides its multiple venues, Factory People is also the brainchild behind parties like Hot Mess and Love Night, both of which took place at 25hours Hotel Dubai One Central.
