A new dinner show has debuted in Business Bay

One1 is bringing mystery, entertainment and dining to V Hotel Dubai in Habtoor City.

Dream, 53, The Scent Lounge – this past year has seen plenty of dinner shows debut in Dubai, diversifying the city’s social scene beyond the usual suspects. And just as 2022 is drawing to a close, there’s one more addition by the name of One1. Located at V Hotel Dubai in Al Habtoor City, the newest dinner-show restaurant and lounge brings together dining, entertainment, and elements of mystery, making for an immersive experience – one that spans from medieval times to the present metaverse era.

We’re told that guests can explore a wealth of mind-blowing art featuring charismatic imagery and magical displays alongside cutting-edge visuals and sounds. Using artificial intelligence and technology, the lounge creates a 3D-mapped immersive space where fantasy and reality blend. These are combined with reality-defying acts by certified aerialists, world-renowned resident DJs, and live performances in order to redefine hyper-personalised dining.

At One1, varying theme nights offer a plethora of experiences, with the walls transforming every 24 hours to bring to life a new theme. The LED-studded walls follow suit with their formations.

“Guests should be so immersed in the theme, mystique, and charm of One1 that they get disconnected from reality and should feel like they have time travelled. An evening full of mystery, entertainment, and culinary fusion awaits guests every night at One1,” says founder Hitesh Khushlani.

Head chef Mehmet Koca is a passionate chef who has fused the cuisines of Asia and Europe into his own unique cooking style. Not restricted by borders or traditions, he lets his creativity and love for food guide his dishes. “We endeavour to make it a futuristic culinary experience like no other to further put Dubai on the global map for surreal food experiences. We want our guests to be overcome with joy after they finish the experience,” adds Khushlani.
