COYA Muscat brings picture-perfect Peruvian cuisine to Oman

The restaurant will welcome guests in September.

Oman has long been a favourite destination for UAE travellers. Just a short drive away, the Sultanate offers an escape into natural landscapes and fresh air. Plus, it has plenty of exciting dining destinations to choose from. Now, a beloved favourite is making its debut in the capital, COYA.

COYA Muscat will open at The St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat Resort this September. Located on the waterfront, this restaurant will showcase Peruvian cuisine. The design features furnishings reminiscent of Latin America. 

Like the brand’s other outposts, COYA Muscat offers innovative Peruvian cuisine, balancing the essence with traditional touches. You can savour a variety of dishes, from light and healthy options such as Croquetas de Lubina, Pollo, Pargo a la Trufa, and Pulpo Rostizado to the popular anticuchos and ceviches.

Beyond food, COYA Muscat will also host a great lineup of local and international guest DJs. This is in collaboration with the restaurant’s international music label, COYA MUSIC. Expect Latin influences not just on your plate but also in the music that plays here, setting the stage for a lively dining experience.

Drawing inspiration from the oldest bars in Lima, the Pisco Bar at COYA Muscat offers beverages that perfectly capture the spirit of Latin America.

COYA opened its doors in London’s Mayfair back in 2012. Since then, it’s been wowing diners across the world and has grown into a globally renowned phenomenon. With successful outposts in Abu Dhabi, Dubai and Riyadh, the Muscat branch promises to maintain the same level of expertly crafted cuisine.

COYA Muscat joins Em Sherif, Hakkasan, Roberto’s and Novikov Café at the luxe beachfront resort.
