The Abu Dhabi EDITION is a hotel known for doing things a little differently. The luxury five-star property located on the marina in Abu Dhabi’s trendy Al Bateen neighbourhood offers something new and exciting for Ramadan 2021.

Exclusively for the month of Ramadan, the healthy lifestyle restaurant Market at EDITION will reopen for a memorable Iftar at EDITION. A collaboration between acclaimed British chef Tom Aikens and local avant-garde chef Mohamad Orfali. These two culinary masterminds’ combined efforts will bring a traditional Iftar with modern touches to the charming neighbourhood restaurant.

The Ramadan culinary experience, much like the EDITION brand, will embrace authentic local connection and reflect the culture of the location. Expect several live stations, or intimate table service in the private dining room, to ensure your iftar with family and friends is memorable. The collaborative dishes feature Middle Eastern favourites such as zaatar spice-rubbed chicken breast, bulgur wheat salad with pomegranate, and roast cauliflower and chickpea tagine with saffron and black rice.

Iftar will be available daily throughout Ramadan, from sunset to 8:30pm. AED 198 per person.

With the arrival of night, prolong your evening celebrations with Sohour on the al fresco terrace with its star-filled skies and waterfront vistas. For Sohour, the Abu Dhabi EDITON offers a specially crafted a la carte menu featuring chicken shawarma rolls, falafel wraps, tandoori prawn skewers, cauliflower and raisin tabbouleh and coconut rose mohalabieh. Sohour will be available daily throughout Ramadan, from 10pm to 2am.
