Traditional meets contemporary this Ramadan at La Ville Hotel and Suites, CITY WALK Dubai

The Holy Month of Ramadan is almost upon us. To celebrate, the team at La Ville Hotel and Suites, CITY WALK Dubai, has curated an exciting roster of experiences to be enjoyed with family and friends.

La Ville Hotel & Suites’ homegrown social eatery Chival introduces a quintessentially Arabic Iftar menu with a contemporary twist! In the true spirit of Ramadan, the focus is on family-style sharing, encouraging families and friends to come together and create memorable moments while the food is brought to the table.

Savour a blend of traditional and contemporary Arabic dishes. Starting with a selection of Middle Eastern salads and cold mezze, followed by a variety of soups. These are followed in quick succession by several mini Lebanese hot mezze, including shrimps Provencal, cheese fatayer, eat kibbeh and manakish straight from the wood-fire. For mains, diners can expect lamb shank with ouzi rice, baked sea bream with tahini, Dawood basha, and Iranian mixed grill. Those with a sweet tooth will relish the selection of Arabic sweets and desserts, which include rose-scented halwa cheesecake and orange blossom panna cotta.
