Expect a weekend of culture, creativity and community spirit.
Ramadan in Dubai is a whole other vibe. With an array of experiences such as lively souks, food festivals and cultural gatherings, the emirate has plenty going on during the Holy Month. And if you’re looking for something special to add to your calendar this year, make your way to Ramadan Nights at Jameel Arts Centre.
Taking place against the breathtaking backdrop of Jaddaf Waterfront, Ramadan Nights will run from 14 to 16 March, promising an exciting weekend. For three nights, the arts centre will transform into a dynamic space buzzing with a mix of art, tradition, and community spirit.

This year’s Ramadan Nights is packed with engaging activities for all ages. You’ll get a chance to let your creative juices flow with a lineup of workshops led by talented local artists. Or choose to explore Art Jameel’s latest exhibitions to immerse yourself in art. There will also be film screenings and board games, which you can enjoy this weekend.
If you’d like to indulge in some retail therapy while supporting local craftsmanship, then make your way to the Ramadan Souk. Here, you’ll get a chance to go through a wide selection of artisanal goods that support the local artists who’ve made them.
Now, no Ramadan event would be complete without something to munch on, which is why you’ll have plenty of Ramadan treats on offer while you’re here. Teible will also be serving some delicious bites to keep you feeling full throughout the night.
Ramadan Nights is free and open to all, running from 8.30pm to 11.30pm. However, if you wish to participate in the workshops, you’ll be granted space on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration is required.
So, if you’re an art enthusiast, a foodie, or simply looking to soak in the cultural spirit of the Holy Month, Ramadan Nights at Jameel Arts Centre has something for everyone. So mark your calendars and get ready for a weekend filled with culture, creativity and community.
