This new venture called The Masterclass Edition by Three by Eva, invites foodies to embark on an immersive journey of Middle Eastern cuisine. As part of The Masterclass Edition, you’ll get to learn how to make homemade ma’moul, which are traditional Middle Eastern pastries and knafeh, which is the region’s most beloved dessert. You’ll also learn the art of making the perfect sourdough along with its fermentation processes. A special masterclass on making pavlova will also be taught.
