Cooper’s at Park Rotana, Abu Dhabi introduces a new menu

A fresh new take on traditional British pub grub.

Cooper’s, the popular pub at Park Rotana Abu Dhabi, celebrates the start of another year with the launch of a brand new menu. The menu showcases a fresh take on traditional British pub grub and introduces a vegan section in keeping with demand.

Thoughtfully crafted by the venue’s chefs, guests can tuck into Cooper’s Signature dishes such as the popular sausage by the meter and chicken fajita. Cooper’s Classics include the traditional Cooper’s home roast, fish and chips, and steak and Guinness pie. 

If you are into Bread and Buns, the all-new burger sampler, Cooper’s 80’s burger and steak sandwich will be right up your street. The new taco bridge also looks like a sure-fire winner, comprising of battered fried fish with Asian slaw or crushed avocado, mango salsa and lime aioli. The new all-vegan section features burger, pasta, sausage, wraps and falafel sliders.

For groups, the menu’s Pick and Share section is bound to be a crowd-pleaser, where dishes can be mixed and matched. 

Cooper’s have also introduced new cocktails and mocktails and the popular Happy Hour remains from 4pm to 8pm to complement the new food menu.

A new menu is not the only new addition to Cooper’s in 2021. For those who enjoy a later start on the weekend, you can now sip on unlimited selected house beverages while catching up with friends or watching your favourite sporting fixtures with Cooper’s new after-brunch package. Enjoy unlimited drinks for three hours inclusive of bottled hops, house spirits, grapes and selected cocktails. Fridays from 4pm to 7pm. AED 99 (ladies) and AED 149 (gentlemen).
