Rosewood Abu Dhabi is starting the year with the introduction of an aromatic new menu.
Celebrate the arrival of 2021 with honest Cantonese cuisine at Rosewood Abu Dhabi’s Dai Pai Dong restaurant, which has launched a new clay pot menu.
Available until 31 January 2021, guests can tuck into aromatic and flavourful clay pot-cooked dishes, as well as signature favourites such as handmade noodles, steaming baskets of dim sum and barbecued meats.
Connoisseurs of authentic Cantonese cuisine will appreciate the restaurant’s Chinese-inspired decor and welcoming atmosphere that complement this new addition to Dai Pai Dong’s culinary offering. Dishes on the new menu utilise the traditional and flavour-preserving clay pot cookery method, where food is cooked to succulence within its own moisture and juices, culminating in a rich and hearty dish.
Traditionally enjoyed year-round in East Asia, this comfort-food will only be available until the end of the month in the format of an a la carte menu that offers a fragrant rice style clay accompanied by chicken, beef or duck. Alternatively, the Cantonese style clay pots of which there are five to choose from, include beef short ribs with black pepper, Chinese Kai Lan with beef striploin, lobster, spicy sea bass and chicken with shiitake mushroom.
