Seafood restaurant Alici Dubai launches a specially curated menu starring the most coveted luxury of the sea – caviar. Journey through Chef Domenico’s enticing new creations topped with indulgent servings of the tiny pearls, available in Oscietra and Beluga varieties. Culinary enthusiasts are invited to enjoy dishes like scallop carpaccio and caviar, spaghetti with cauliflower, wild herbs and caviar and seared turbot with caviar, complemented by artistic interiors and spectacular JBR skyline views.

Bistro Chic by La Serre at Vida Downtown – Degustation Menu
Boasting views of the Burj Khalifa and Emaar Boulevard, Bistro Chic by La Serre invites diners to embark on a journey of classic French flavours with its new Degustation menu. Created by Executive Chef Karl Kollmitzer, the menu features five unique courses paired with premium grape. Courses include the 62-degree organic egg on puy lentil stew and truffle sabayon, butter-basted halibut with a coco bean ragout, and veal tenderloin served with turned root vegetables, Dauphinoise potato and truffle jus. Bla Bla Dubai at JBR – Summer Menu
Arguably the most talked-about venue in town right now, Bla Bla have added some delicious items to their already extensive menu. The new summer dishes are available poolside and at Onda Nami restaurant and include jumbo tiger prawn salad (AED 70), Bla Bla Poke Bowl (AED 80), lobster linguine (AED 140), fusilli pesto (AED 75) and grilled seabass (AED 120).

Blacksmith Bar and Eatery at Wyndham Dubai Marina Hotel – DXB BBQ Month Menu
The laid-back casual dining restaurant in Dubai Marina celebrates DXB BBQ Month with a menu of dishes specially curated for the occasion. The menu includes a selection of BBQ specials such as smoked spice duck and mango salad with pickled jicama, fried onions and burnt orange vinaigrette, vegan chilli stuffed peppers with tomato rice, pinto beans, cilantro and Haute Sauce salsa Fresca, glazed BBQ Angus short ribs served with spiced cauliflower and fat chips, ‘hot smoked salmon fillet’ with spiced maple butter and tossed greens, and BBQ braised lamb shoulder, smoked mashed potato, green peas and turnips. FACT award-winning Italian restaurant Il Borro Tuscan Bistro Dubai has launched a special White Asparagus Menu to introduce a range of gourmet dishes created with the world-famous springtime vegetable. Il Borro’s Head Chef Fulvio Opalio will be serving a variety of exciting creations such as gratinated white asparagus and black truffle, seared scallops on white asparagus foam, homemade Tortelli with white asparagus, duck speck and black truffle, homemade tagliatelle with lobster and white asparagus, Turbot fillet wrapped with white asparagus and Leccino olive crumb, and glazed Wagyu striploin served with asparagus and garlic chips. LAO at Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah – Chay Time
The word chay (meaning vegetarian or vegan) is a way of cooking in Vietnam. LAO will be offering a special vegan ‘Chay Time’ three-course menu throughout May. Dishes on offer include seitan salad, vegan shumai mushroom and a unique tropical raindrop cake with roasted green soybean and pandan syrup for dessert. Available daily, from 6:30pm to 11pm. Little Miss India at Fairmont The Palm: Travels of Mohini Special Menu
Little Miss India has brought back its character-led, gastronomic extravaganza just in time for the summer. The Travels of Mohini introduces the fictional character Mohini Singh (Little Miss India herself), taking diners on a culinary journey through her travels and culminating in an eccentric menu from the motherland that explores the depths, history and diversity of southern Indian cuisine. The first station of the Travels of Mohini series will feature seafood dishes ranging from fresh crab and succulent scallops to whole red snapper. Available Sunday to Thursday, from 6pm to 1ppm and on Fridays and Saturdays from 1pm to 11pm.

Pai Thai’s ‘Siam Summer’ is a dining experience celebrating the very best Thai cuisine across three courses. The Middle Eastern chapter of the Amsterdam dining concept by Executive Chef Schilo van Coevorden has launched ‘For The Love of Wagyu’, a seven-course menu paying homage to Japanese Wagyu. Indulge in a selection of starters, including wasabi popcorn bites and tuna and Wagyu tataki drizzled with Persian sour berries and soy vinaigrette. The menu continues with shabu shabu, and the innovative shisha sushi before introducing main courses of oxtail gyoza and Rendang bao buns with braised wagyu neck. Make sure you save room for the show-stopping Robatayaki Wagyu Steak marinated with wasabi hollandaise and the playful Moo dessert. Available on Mondays, from 7pm to 11pm. AED 425 per person.

Available throughout May, the six-course ‘Il Caviale’ tasting menu offers a caviar tasting feast. Providing dishes such as Welcome From The Kitchen (a buttered potato coupled with fresh bread and caviar), Sicilian red shrimp carpaccio with yoghurt, lemon and black caviar, focaccia with smoked amberjack, creme fraiche and black caviar, a green pea Tagliolini, served with mantis shrimps and black caviar and a succulent Wagyu flank steak served with smoked cauliflower, pan brioche, cacao sauce and black caviar.
