CÉ LA VI’s Chef Howard Ko has curated a new spring menu, combining flavours that will invigorate the senses. This new menu includes dishes such as roasted Chilean sea bass, duck confit and squid ink spaghetti. Qwerty at Media One Hotel – New Menu:
Qwerty has recently undergone a menu refresh, adding a brasserie feel to the casual concept. Dishes on the new menu include salads, sandwiches, five-spiced duck, shiitake mushroom pie and a surf and turf. Prices for the new dishes start from a very reasonable AED 55.

tashas – Classic Menu Updates:
Each branch of tashas has two menus – the Classic Menu, which is available at every location and filled with timeless café classics, and the Inspired Menu, which is specific to each location. New dishes on the Classic Menu embody the tashas philosophy of using the best ingredients and include St Francis, Harry’s Reuben, salmon salad, the Levant chicken plate, and mascarpone and roasted tomato pasta.

Torno Subito at W Dhabi – The Palm – Tartufo in Primavera:
Massimo Bottura’s Torno Subito will be serving a six-course truffle tasting extravaganza throughout April. The new sharing menu includes Welcome From The Kitchen, a fassona beef tartare with black truffle. For mains, guests can sample Uovo, a poached egg with Parmigiano Reggiano, asparagus and black truffle. The Chef’s Favourite, made up of warm focaccia with robiola cheese, black truffle. An aromatic salad, Tagliolini, served with green pea tagliolini, Parmigiano Reggiano and black truffle, plus a succulent Wagyu flank steak served with smoked cauliflower, grilled lettuce and black truffle. 3 Cioccolati features different textures of rich dark chocolate, with salted caramel and truffle to end the night. Diners who order two Tartufo in Primavera tasting menus per table will also receive a complimentary bottle of house grape. Available daily until 11:30pm. AED 499 (six-course menu, food only).
