Nobu Dubai is relocating to the hotel’s Royal Bridge Suite in January 2023.
Say the words Nobu Dubai, and an image of fine dining in Atlantis, The Palm comes to mind. That’s set to change – well, a bit – as Nobu Dubai is shifting to the hotel’s Royal Bridge Suite. Set to open in January 2023, it will be located on the 21st floor and have epic views of Palm Jumeirah as well as the Arabian Sea.
Nobu was created by chef Nobu Matsuhisa and actor Robert De Niro, and opened its first branch in New York in 1994. Nobu Dubai arrived back in 2008, and has gained a reputation for culinary excellence. The new Nobu Dubai at Royal Bridge Suite is set to be the largest in the world, and will include a sake bar and cigar lounge.
The hotel’s Royal Bridge Suite has been popular with celebrities. Rumour has it that famous faces, from Keeping up With the Kardashians star Kim Kardashian to Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Vanderpump, have stayed in the suite. If you’ve got up to $30,000 a night to spare, then you could enjoy a world of luxury – we’re talking 14K gold soap, a private elevator, and your very own massage room.
Atlantis, The Palm is already a dining destination, as it is home to two MICHELIN Starred restaurants. The winners include Hakkasan’s traditional Cantonese dishes with a modern twist, and Ossiano’s seafood menu inspired by the ocean, which is served by a floor-to-ceiling aquarium.
Atlantis, The Palm is also welcoming one of the world’s most acclaimed chefs, Björn Frantzén. Björn is bringing two new dining concepts to the hotel for winter 2023, which include the relaxed Nordic restaurant, Studio Frantzén, and the fine dining Nordic restaurant, Frantzén.
Next year, the adjacent Atlantis The Royal will welcome Nobu by the Beach. A second Nobu restaurant serving Japanese Peruvian cuisine poolside.
