Injecting your Bollywood experience with fire and spice, Khyber takes Indian cuisine back to its basics, focusing firmly on the spices traded along the ancient silk route. Having originated in Mumbai, India, in 1958 as a small family-run restaurant serving hearty authentic and North Indian food, Khyber has since expanded to Dubai. 

Expectations will be subverted as you tuck into well known Indian dishes such as the Khyber chicken tikka and butter chicken prepared in unexpected ways. 

Dukes The Palm takes recipes that proved popular in India and transports them to the shores of the Arabian Gulf, paring the vibrant cuisine with impressive views over the Palm Jumeirah and the Dubai Marina skyline.
