Kick start the weekend at The Moët Terrace at The Jetty Lounge
One of Dubai’s most elegant beachside lounges hosts an evening to remember with spectacular sunsets, skyline views and laid-back music. Carine embraces the winter season by reopening its terraces for alfresco dining, introducing new seasonal cocktails, and a live DJ. Under the twinkling lights, diners can indulge in an array of Carine signature dishes with highlights including the lentil salad with pickled vegetables, Chef Izu’s celebrated grilled harissa prawns, indulgent and delicate lobster linguine, and the truffle tart. Sky High Brunch at Atelier M, Pier 7
Atelier M have launched a new brunch on their rooftop. The Sky High Brunch features a range of sharing platters to feast on, including Fine de Claire Oysters, Bloody Mary gazpacho, mushroom takoyaki, Wagyu gyoza and pizza Margherita. Alongside the sharing platters, guests can order meat dishes from the carving station. For those with a sweet tooth, a selection of chef’s desserts will also be served. Fridays, from 2pm to 5pm. Fin de Semana at COYA Dubai
Every Saturday, COYA Dubai offers a three-course journey across Peru and its exotic and rich blend of Japanese, Chinese and Latin influences. Guests have a selection of three appetisers, including Sopa Peruana de Lentejas (Peruvian beans and truffle), Baos con Res Wagyu (wagyu short rib, mantou baos and aji Amarillo), Anticuchos de Setas (forest mushroom and aji panca) and Anticuchos de Pollo (chicken and aji Amarillo). For the main course, diners can select a single option from Papa Seca (Peruvian dried potato and black truffle mushrooms), Costillas de Res (beef ribs, miso and aji limo) and the Salmon a la Brasa (salmon, fillet, stir-fry quinoa, soy and green vegetables). Dessert options include Churros de Naranja (orange and lime churros with dulce de leche sauce) and the Chocolate Fundido (Illanka chocolate fondant, coconut, passion fruit ice cream). A Tiny Tea For Tiny People at The St. Regis Downtown
The St. Regis Downtown have launched an afternoon tea designed for little ones while embracing children’s literature and sustainability. The menu is 100% organic and locally sourced, made up of delicious dishes including mini eggplant miso Parmigiana, raspberry gazpacho, baby tortilla pumpkin and dessert options such as vanilla chocolate cake, mini carrot cupcake and chocolate lollipop. The Tiny Tea is in collaboration with local children’s author Ebtisam Al-Beiti. and when booking, children will be gifted the first edition of the book ‘Can I Go Out Now?’. Available daily, from 2pm to 6pm. AED 120 per child.
