A Bavarian tavern is headed to 25hours Hotel

Ernst is expected to open next month.

Gearing up to open its doors in March, Ernst promises to be the intersection of Bavaria and Dubai. Located at the always buzzy 25hours Hotel One Central, it will be the city’s first traditional Bavarian biergarten and wirtshaus, making it a novel addition to our list of weekend haunts. All the traditional elements of a countryside tavern in southeast Germany are expected, including barrels of craft German hops, warm pretzels, and German delicacies.
