Bay Club Terrace at DoubleTree by Hilton Business Bay – Malaysian District Dinner with Chef Rene Johari:

An urban take on Malaysian dishes, from causal street staples to the comfort food of the North to South district, can be expected at Bay Club Terrace this DFF. Raised by two professional chef parents, expect to be enamoured by Chef Rene’s diverse flavours and audacious cuisine. Dining features an outdoor terrace and open kitchen, providing diners with the opportunity to engage with the chef throughout the evening. Guests will also take home a homemade condiment specially prepared by Chef Rene himself. Friday 9 April to Wednesday 14 April, from 6pm to 10pm. Of all the chef’s table experiences from Hilton this DFF, this is the one you don’t want to miss! Celebrity Chef Paolo Gramaglia teams up with Chef Davide Gardini to present an exclusive Michelin star four-hands dinner curated especially for DFF. Expect exclusively curated vegetarian and seafood menus that are not to be missed. Thursday 8 April to Saturday 10 April, from 6pm to 11pm. AED 475 per person (six-course menu).
