Ski chalet-themed concept Publique and MICHELIN Bib Gourmand-awarded restaurant Reif Japanese Kushiyaki have joined forces for the first time, pairing unconventional Japanese creations with comforting Alpine dishes to result in a truly unique offering in Dubai.

Now available at Publique, the limited-edition menu promises something for every palate. Whether you’re seeking sharing dishes anchored in melted cheese or Japanese bites with a playful spin, you can now enjoy both within this mountain lodge-like setting in Souk Madinat Jumeirah. Indulgent options await in the form of Publique’s heartening signature dishes of cheese fondue and raclette with ratte potatoes, both of which are served with cold cuts, assorted breads and house salads. Alternatively, you can go for Alpine classics such as French onion soup, beef brisket and charcuterie boards.

And if it’s unconventional Japanese food you’re craving, FACT’s Chef of the year 2022, Reif Othman has contributed crispy baby squid or shrimp, a sashimi sharing platter, katsu chicken sando, and a delicious selection of uramaki rolls. The special Publique x Reif Japanese Kushiyaki menu will be available until February 2023.
