Alfresco dining season has well and truly arrived, and with Dubai’s rooftops and terraces full of hungry diners, there’s a new Spanish spot that’s well worth checking out.

Located on the 8th floor of The Meydan Hotel, Hola rooftop restaurant and lounge brings beautiful Spanish flavours and a taste of the Balearics overlooking the Meydan racecourse.

The chic venue features fresh white interiors, colourful detailing, vibrant canopies of bougainvillea and potted cacti, successfully capturing the essence and distinct feel of the Balearic Islands of Ibiza, Formentera, and Mallorca.

Hola’s menu features traditional Spanish favourites injected with a unique fusion twist that includes tapas, hearty main and desserts designed with sharing in mind. Highlights include Wagyu beef carpaccio topped with truffle cream and parmesan foam, Angus prime beef tenderloin served with creamy mashed potato and tiger prawns with garlic, parsley and thyme. 

Ensuring your meal ends on a sweet note, Hola’s Choco Bomb is an Insta-worthy 62% cacao sphere filled with pistachio cream, brownies, and ice cream, melted with a warm golden caramel sauce.

Hola’s Spanish menu is complemented by not one, not two but three cocktail menus, each inspired by one of the Balearic Islands.

With striking views and a lively atmosphere, Hola’s Meydan location and in-house DJ brings Mediterranean vibes to Dubai. Expect all the holiday feels without the need for flights or passports.
