A popular Thai restaurant is returning to Abu Dhabi’s picturesque Corniche

Silk & Spice offers a sensory journey through Thai Cuisine at Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche.

After a temporary closure some years ago, lauded restaurant Silk & Spice will once again open its doors at the luxury five-star address on Abu Dhabi’s picturesque Corniche this May. Back by popular demand, Sofitel Abu Dhabi Corniche is staying true to the origins of Silk & Spice by rebuilding the restaurant brick-by-brick upon the previous foundations. 

Diners can expect traditional sunken tables, tasteful décor, a carved wooden ceiling and authentic kneel-down service to provide a true taste of Thai hospitality. Regular patrons can expect a familiar setting featuring distinctive surroundings, and an atmosphere to set the scene for an evening of fruity cocktails and authentic Thai dishes. The menu includes popular choices such as Phad Thai, Green Papaya Salad and Mango Sago.
