3Fils

Black Tap
Black Tap have partnered with luxury American automaker Cadillac to introduce the Cadillac Burger. The new addition to the Black Tap menu (AED 149) features a piece of prime beef fillet steak topped with creamy truffle-mushroom sauce, golden shredded potatoes, parmesan cheese, truffle aioli and a generous showering of fresh black truffle. Available daily at all Black Tap locations until 30 June.

High Joint
Dubai’s homegrown burger brand, High Joint, will introduce the Waffle Waffle (AED 45) to celebrate International Burger Day. Presenting tender chicken brined overnight in buttermilk and herbs before being fried fresh to order and tossed in High Joint’s variation of buffalo sauce, the Waffle Waffle gets its name from the waffle bun it comes in. Topped with truffle mayonnaise and parmesan cheese and served with a generous helping of Canadian maple syrup, the burger is available exclusively at High Joint’s Al Khawaneej branch for all-day dine-in.

Homegrown fried-chicken joint Jailbird will be offering the first 25 guests a buy one, get one free offer on its legendary Screaming Chicken on International Burger Day. Impossible Foods have collaborated with Johnny Rockets to celebrate International Burger Day. LDC Kitchen + Coffee
The Very Veggie Burger (AED 65) from homegrown concept LDC Kitchen + Coffee boasts a patty made from black beans, cashew nuts and shitake mushrooms. Mondoux at Dubai Creek Harbour has a special treat for burger lovers on International Burger Day, having added four new burgers to its extensive menu. Burger brand Pickl have added two new items to their ever-expanding menu of burgers, tenders and shakes. SLAW
Indie burger joint SLAW is bringing back its popular Samyang Burger for International Burger Day. The deep-fried chicken patty coated in crunchy ramen noodles is dipped in secret SLAW sauce and topped with Korean kimchi and drizzled with fiery mayo. Finally, the toasted bun is dusted with a mild spice and finished with rare jalapeños imported from Mexico. Available on Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 May.
