The contemporary Indian concept will launch at Park Hyatt Dubai on 24 September.

After a successful residency that spanned nearly seven months, it’s time for celebrity-loved restaurant Cinnamon Bazaar to pave the way for its successor, The Cinnamon Club. Spicing up the culinary landscape at luxury waterfront resort Park Hyatt Dubai with its vibrant atmosphere, The Cinnamon Club will boast chef Vivek Singh, Executive Chef and Founder of The Cinnamon Collection, at its helm.

An institution in the world of Indian fine dining, the original outpost in London has a long history of serving innovative and creative Indian cuisine in a majestic setting. The Cinnamon Club in Dubai will redefine contemporary Indian cooking, leading the charge with a stunning new menu created by Singh and Head Chef Kamini Jha. It combines some of the Cinnamon Legends from the highly successful Cinnamon Collection in London, including dishes from the original Cinnamon Bazaar and Cinnamon Kitchen.

Cinnamon Club

The restaurant’s long-established take on game classics and delicately spiced fish remains, as do signature dishes, tasting menus with seasonal options, and celebratory sharing dishes with Cinnamon Collection ingredients that are carved and served tableside for two to six guests. A cocktail menu, meanwhile, promises an exploration of tastes with famous signature cocktails. Singh comments, “We are delighted to see The Cinnamon Collection concept succeeding in Dubai. We’re thrilled to be able to introduce our second restaurant, The Cinnamon Club, at Park Hyatt Dubai. I’m looking forward to welcoming a new group of diners when we reopen in September.”
