The new fine dining venue opens on 15 November.
The critically acclaimed Indian restaurant, Trèsind, is getting itself a new address. Trèsind is moving from its Voco Dubai Hotel premises to One&Only Royal Mirage. Set to open from 15 November, it will continue to serve its much-loved innovative Indian cuisine.
While we don’t need a reason to visit the acclaimed Indian restaurant, this new move is a great excuse. Trèsind will be taking over the space that was once occupied by Nina Restaurant. Plus, it will have some great foodie neighbours at One&Only Royal Mirage. The hotel is also home to Beach Bar & Grill by Mauro Colagreco, Asian restaurant Eauzone, Moroccan restaurant Tajine and The Jetty.
The Trèsind brand is a charming homegrown success story, and one of the most critically acclaimed restaurants in Dubai. Sister restaurant Trèsind Studio in Palm Jumeirah’s Nakheel Mall, has gained fans among locals and critics. It has been awarded one MICHELIN Star and was named Restaurant of the Year at the FACT Dining Awards Dubai for the past three years running. Meanwhile, Trèsind ranked number four in the MENA region’s 50 Best Restaurants list.
Chef Himanshu Saini is behind the modern, fine-dining Indian menu. The restaurant is famed for its dishes, which are a thing of beauty. If you thought Indian food was all about sloppy servings, here it is so elegantly prepared that you’ll want to grab a snap before your spoon.
What Trèsind excels at is innovation and its unexpected take on ingredients, which you don’t normally find on an Indian menu – ghee roast crab with burnt cinnamon anyone? Yes please, Trèsind.
