The FACT Award-winning Indian restaurant is partnering with German chefs for two nights only.

We don’t need a reason to visit Trèsind Studio, but this announcement sure helps. Trèsind Studio has announced its latest culinary collaboration, and this time it’s with twin brothers Mathias and Thomas Suhrinf from Bangkok’s acclaimed restaurant Sühring.

Trèsind Studio is one of Dubai’s most critically acclaimed restaurants, as it was awarded one MICHELIN Star, is ranked at number four in the MENA region for 50 Best Restaurants, and was named Restaurant of the Year at the FACT Dining Awards Dubai for the past three years running. So, to up the ante at this fine dining restaurant, it is continuing its collaborations with top-notch chefs.

Mathias and Thomas have received MICHELIN recognition in addition to their restaurant ranking highly on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurant list. Drawing from their childhood in Berlin, the pair are combining contemporary German cuisine with Trèsind Studio’s chef Himanshu Saini’s Indian approach.

Previous collaborations at Trèsind Studio have been with Mexican chef Jorge Vallejo, Indian chef Prateek Sadhu, and Belgian chef Christophe Hardiquest.

Trèsind Studio is famed for its dishes, which are a thing of beauty. If you thought Indian food was all about sloppy servings, here it is so elegantly prepared that you’ll want to grab a snap before your spoon. We can only imagine that it’s going to be just as exciting with this exclusive dining collaboration.

Chef Himanshu Saini is behind the modern, fine-dining Indian menu. The everyday tasting menu includes a generous sixteen courses, which is just as fancy for vegetarians as it is for meat-eaters.

Trèsind Studio’s collaboration takes place on 4 and 5 October, with sittings taking place at 6pm and 9pm. The dinner costs AED 995 per person, and excludes drinks. We’re expecting this to a be a hot dinner, so book early.
