Catch at St. Regis is continuing to celebrate two of the finest things in life: steak and sushi. The picturesque restaurant presents a set menu that combines the complementary flavours of quality Wagyu beef with fresh and exceptional Japanese delicacies. Available every Saturday night, the experience begins with a refreshing welcome drink and edamame beans with yuzu salt. Guests are then treated to a light and flavourful Asian salad before the arrival of a vibrant platter of sushi and sashimi – California, crispy chicken, spicy salmon, blowtorch and dynamite maki rolls included.
