PINKtober at Catch at St. Regis

But that’s not all – seafood restaurant Catch at St Regis is also participating in the PINKtober campaign. Raising awareness of breast cancer and helping to raise funds for cancer research, diners at the beachside destination are invited to conclude their meal with a decadent serving of the specially curated ‘La Vie En Rose’ that combines a slice of rich and creamy cheesecake with vibrant red berry confit and tasty yuzu strawberry sorbet. Oyster Tasting at Catch at St. Regis

Staying true to its roots of serving the freshest seafood, Catch at St. Regis has unveiled an exceptionally special experience that combines fresh oysters with a series of distinct and delicate flavours. Incorporating rare and wonderful varieties of oysters sourced from the Arabian Gulf and across the globe, the Flavours of the Ocean tasting journey showcases how the natural, delicious tastes of this iconic shellfish can be further enhanced with citrusy, salty, spicy and fruity seasonings.

Wagyu VS Sushi at Catch at St. Regis

Catch at St. Regis is continuing to celebrate two of the finest things in life: steak and sushi. The picturesque restaurant presents a set menu that combines the complementary flavours of quality Wagyu beef with fresh and exceptional Japanese delicacies. Available every Saturday night, the experience begins with a refreshing welcome drink and edamame beans with yuzu salt. Guests are then treated to a light and flavourful Asian salad before the arrival of a vibrant platter of sushi and sashimi – California, crispy chicken, spicy salmon, blowtorch and dynamite maki rolls included. In addition to this showstopping spread, diners can feast on a sumptuous of Wagyu beef accompanied by truffle beef jus and cajun wedges before the evening is finally brought to a sweet conclusion (read: mochi ice cream).

The Project Brunch at Terrace on the Corniche
