Saudi Arabia is home to world-class hotels that can be found across AlUla, Jeddah and Riyadh. Now, it is set to welcome a 25hours Hotel Heart of Khobar, which is scheduled to open in 2028. The hotel will be packed with personality and will draw inspiration from the culture and community.
25hours Hotel Heart of Khobar will include 170 rooms and suites and 80 serviced apartments for extended stays. The brand’s motto is “You know one, you know none,” and its design aims to bring that motto to life. Expect curated spaces with original art, quirky props, and a touch of humour.
25hours Hotel Heart of Khobar will include restaurants, a pool and gym. The one-of-a-kind features include an analogue circus, which lets guests discover the wonder of all things analogue. Polaroid cameras, typewriters, VHS tapes and vinyl records can be delivered to the room.
It’s not just a hotel, as there will also be a co-working space, Working From_, which will be making its debut in Saudi Arabia. Spanning 2,000 square metres, it will include desk, offices and kitchen pantries, and a range of memberships. Plus, meeting rooms, lunch desk delivery, and access to hotel perks, from special room rates to food and drink discounts.
25hours Hotel is part of the Ennismore group, and can already be found around the world. Locations include Berlin, Cologne, Copenhagen, Florence, Frankfurt and Hamburg. A hotel recently opened in Jakarta, and it will soon open in Saudi Arabia’s Trojena ski resort.
