The property will mark the Hyatt brand’s debut in AlUla.
Saudi Arabia is developing quickly, and one region that’s not slowing down is AlUla. A favourite destination for local and global tourists, AlUla is doing its best to highlight the region’s history while also providing a modern and luxurious experience. And to make things even more high-end for those heading to the region, Hyatt is making its debut in Madinah province with Hyatt Place AlUla.
Slated to open by the end of 2025, Hyatt Place AlUla will be located in close proximity to the AlUla International Airport. With access to the must-visit spots in AlUla, such as the Old Town dating back to the 12th century and Jabal Ikmah, and no compromise on luxury and comfort, it’s poised to be a destination of choice for those heading to explore the area.
Hyatt Place AlUla’s design pays homage to the area’s unique identity. Expect interiors that blend comfort with subtle nods to the region’s heritage. From earthy tones inspired by the desert landscapes to modern accents, every detail will reflect the area’s charm and authenticity.
The property will feature 215 rooms, designed with guests’ relaxation in mind. Each room will feature modern touches with hints of Hegra heritage, making it a must-visit destination in AlUla. Expect to see views of the rock formations, mountains, or even the oasis from here.
For dining, Hyatt Place AlUla will have two restaurants where guests can savour a mix of local and international cuisine. Guests can also enjoy an alfresco dinner under the stars.
Beyond accommodation and dining, Hyatt Place AlUla will also have a swimming pool, a fully-equipped fitness centre, and meeting spaces, making it perfect for leisure and business travellers.
So, if you’re a history buff or simply looking for a unique getaway, Hyatt Place AlUla — opening later this year — should be on your radar.
