This will mark the third Cloud7 property in the Kingdom.
Saudi Arabia is making sure to cover all ground when it comes to promoting tourism — with a no city left behind philosophy. And now, it has been announced that Yanbu will be welcoming its first Cloud7 property.
The announcement at the Future Hospitality Summit in Riyadh this week highlighted Yanbu as a popular tourist destination. Baheej’s hotel in Yanbu will soon be taken over by Kerten Hospitality, and operate under the Cloud7 brand. The brand has a reputation for featuring innovative design, dynamic spaces, healthy dining concepts and a commitment to sustainability.
Cloud7 Yanbu will offer a range of experiences, from gourmet restaurants and dynamic business hubs to a rooftop infinity pool that overlooks the breathtaking scenery.
Speaking of expanding to Yanbu, Marloes Knippenberg, CEO of Kerten Hospitality, said: “We believe in creating spaces that inspire and enrich the lives of our guests. We are excited to bring our innovative approach to the beautiful surroundings of Al-Nawras Island.”
The upcoming Cloud7 property in Yanbu will go beyond accommodation. By integrating local culture and prioritising environmental sustainability, the project aims to enrich the community. It’ll also serve as a driver for economic and social development in the region.
Cloud7’s expansion to Yanbu represents a fusion of modernity and tradition, which is part of Kerten Hospitality’s broader strategy for Saudi Arabia. The brand already operates in AlUla and has also announced development in Al Ahsa region. With plans for over 20 lifestyle and mixed-use projects across the Kingdom, Cloud7 aims to redefine hospitality in the region.
Cloud7’s footprint extends beyond Saudi Arabia. More properties are set to open soon in the Kingdom in Al Ahsa, while Ras Al Khaimah in the UAE will welcome two additions.
