The award-winning restaurant opens a six-week pop-up for Riyadh Season.
The Maine is a shucking spectacular restaurant, and a firm favourite among seafood eaters across the world. The brand already has venues in Dubai’s Business Bay, JBR and Studio City, and recently opened one in London’s Mayfair. Now it’s coming to Saudi Arabia for the first time – albeit via a pop-up – for Riyadh Season.
The Maine in Riyadh will be open for six weeks from 3 November to 18 December. Located in Al Murabaa District, this Riyadh Season zone is home to luxury experiences, from fine dining restaurants to high-end shops.
The brand is famed for its opulence, and is bringing that same level of class to The Maine in Riyadh. The restaurant boasts white tablecloths, sparkling chandeliers, red velvet curtains, and emerald seats. Plus, the space is so expansive, it will be able to accommodate 120 diners.
The Maine in Riyadh is home to a stage and piano, as guests will be entertained by jazz musicians. The line-up includes Iain Mackenzie, Emma Smith, Megan McConnell, Billie and Atila.
As for the award-winning food, the menu includes The Maine’s signature dishes, especially fresh seafood. If the venue’s previous menus are anything to go by, we are hoping that there will be a selection of caviar, freshly shucked oysters, raw plates and steaks.
Riyadh Season is currently underway, and runs until early 2023. Now in its third edition, it takes over the whole city and has 15 dedicated zones. The festival welcomes A-list talent, from celebrity chefs to singing sensations. Plus, it kicked off in spectacular style, with performances from the circus troupe Cirque du Soleil, British singer Anne-Marie and a dazzling fireworks display.
The Maine in Riyadh will be open daily from 6pm to 2am. Luxury awaits.
