Celebrate pop culture at Comic Con Arabia 2024 in Jeddah
The event welcomes the biggest superhero stars.
FACT’s Spidey senses had been tingling. If you know your Wolverine from your Wonder Woman, you’re in luck. Comic Con Arabia 2024 is flying full speed ahead and returning to the Kingdom for its fifth edition. The event will take place at the Jeddah International Exhibition & Convention Center on 28 and November 29, running from 4pm to 2am. Here’s what we do know about the event.
Comic Con Arabia 2024 celebrates all things comics including anime, graphic novels, manga and video games. Visitors can also expect special talks, panel discussions, performances, and stalls selling memorabilia. The event is also expected to welcome famous faces from film and television, and include meet and greets. The last edition saw Stephen Amell (Oliver Queen from Arrow), Steven Ward and Lexi Rabe visit Jeddah.
Dust off your cape and let out your Spider-Man or Superman. Like all good comic events, it will also include cosplay and the opportunity to dress up as your favourite character. Great for photo opportunities, it’s a chance to get creative.
In 2022, Stan Lee’s Supercon was held in Jeddah Superdrome. The event welcomed a range of stars, including Clive Standen from Vikings, Lexi Rabe from Avengers, Mehcad Brooks, who starred as Jax in Mortal Kombat, and Zach Levi from Shazam! Plus, the Riyadh Comic Con Arabia welcomed Game of Thrones star Jason Momoa.
If you love comic books, then the Middle East Film Festival and Comic Con 2025 in Abu Dhabi should also be on your radar. The event brings together art, comic books, cinema and video games. The event takes place at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition and Convention Centre from 18 to 25 April 2025, and tickets are available now.
