Jeddah’s Summer Speed Festival lets you unleash your inner Lewis Hamilton

Drive on the famous Formula One circuit.

Jeddah, start your engines. The city will welcome the first Summer Speed Festival. If you are passionate about cars, then this brings together high-speed races, live music and workshops. Running until 31 August, it takes place daily from 5pm, and brings together family-friendly fun.

Summer Speed Festival is the first-of-its-kind experience in Saudi Arabia. The event takes place at the Jeddah Corniche Circuit, which is the circuit used during the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix. If you want to unleash your inner Lewis Hamilton, you can test-drive fast cars. The collection includes a Corvette C8 Stingray, Infiniti Q50S, Honda Civic Type R and MG Cyberster. Plus, when you need to refuel, there are a range of restaurants.

Summer Speed Festival is part of Jeddah Season. The season is one of the 11 Saudi Seasons that take place in the Kingdom. It has been a regular fixture in the cultural calendar since it launched in 2019.

The theme of this year’s Jeddah Season is Once Again, and the season runs through the summer. The Red Sea city lights up with a mix of arts, culture, and entertainment. The festival will celebrate the city’s rich history and include different zones with different offerings. Experiences include an immersive art exhibition of Claude Monet, entertainment at Wonder Bros, and concerts in the city. 

Tickets for the Summer Speed Festival in Jeddah are available now and start from SAR 28.75. Tickets for drives must be booked separately, and start from SAR 375.
