The new hotels will be located in Makkah and Riyadh. 

Accor and Alesayi Holding have teamed up to create new hotels across Saudi Arabia. The developments include Abraj Omar Hotel & Residences Makkah – MGallery Collection and MGallery Resort Riyadh. 

Abraj Omar Hotel & Residences Makkah – MGallery Collection will be located in Makkah and is scheduled to open in 2028. Spanning 2,600 square meters, the hotel will include 276 rooms and 214 residences. The site will also include a business centre, fitness centre, spa, restaurants and playground for children.

The hotel will draw inspiration from Makkah’s heritage, and be a sanctuary for serenity and spiritual reflection. Each floor will be themed around figures in Islamic history. For example, the first floor will honour Omar Ibn Al-Khattab.

MGallery Resort Riyadh will be located in Al Waseel District, and it scheduled to open in 2027. The hotel will be home to 60 villas, and will be situated near a wadi by a date farm. Both hotels join the MGallery Collection, which launched in 2008. Today, the brand has more than 120 hotels around the world, and has 47 hotels in development in the world.
