Saudi Arabia is upping the ante on the dining front. With many restaurants opening across Riyadh and Jeddah, Neom is not far behind. With exciting new concepts popping up in Sindalah Island, this Red Sea destination is about to witness an influx of foodies. And one restaurant that they’re sure to want to try is the soon-to-open Carosello.

Helmed by renowned celebrity chef, Carlo Cracco, Carosello will bring the best of Italian cuisine to Sindalah Island. This restaurant promises to offer guests a memorable meal, blending traditional flavours with a contemporary twist.

For those unversed, chef Carlo Cracco is a familiar name in the world of gastronomy. With several Michelin-starred restaurants under his belt and a reputation for his innovative approach to Italian cuisine, Cracco has shaped Italy’s modern dining scene. 

Cracco in Milan is celebrated for dishes that challenge expectations. The restaurant is most famous for its Done Wrong cutlet, a playful twist on a traditional Milanese cut. Expect to see this and other dishes gracing the menu at Carosello. Details of other items on Carosello’s menu are yet to be unveiled, however, guests can expect to indulge in dishes such as pasta, proteins and wood-fired pizzas.

Carosello in Sindalah Island is backed by Atelier House Hospitality, which is making its mark in Saudi Arabia with several other new dining ventures. Among them, AILYN, Marisara, and Mezamar are set to join Carosello. The hospitality group is also responsible for bringing acclaimed chef Enrico Bartolini to Sindalah Yacht Club, where he will be launching his restaurant.

Details on when Carosello will officially open remain under wraps, but with Chef Cracco’s name behind this destination, diners are guaranteed to have a splendidly delicious experience.
