Rumbaza is a contemporary Mexican restaurant set to spice things up on Sindalah Island. The dining concept is backed by Addmind Hospitality, a group known for curating exceptional culinary and entertainment experiences across the Middle East.
While the full menu of Rumbaza hasn’t been revealed just yet, you can expect an array of classic Mexican dishes. Think flavourful tacos, ceviche, grilled meats, and comforting enchiladas to name a few. Rumbaza isn’t the only dining concept that Addmind Hospitality is bringing to Sindalah Island. Other restaurants backed by the hospitality group include Haru Wa which promises Japanese flavours. It will also back the likes of The Forensic, Moksha and Sublimotion.

Rumbaza joins Enrico Bartolini at Sindalah Yacht Club and seven soon-to-open dining destinations from Joël Robuchon on the luxurious Red Sea island. With the addition of the marvellous Mexican eatery, Sindalah Island further cements its status as a must-visit destination for foodies and luxury seekers alike.
