The Saudi Arabian megaproject will welcome dining, diving and docks.
Saudi Arabia’s Neom is one of the Kingdom’s most ambitious megaprojects. Set to open in 2024, Sindalah Island will be a luxurious location with hotels, shops and restaurants.
Neom’s Sindalah is situated in the Red Sea and is an 840,000-square-meter island. The project aims to be an exclusive getaway and an escape from the hustle and bustle – there’ll be no cars and roads, after all. The island will boast a yacht club with an 86-berth marina, a 5,920-metre golf course and several hotels. Here are the four we know about so far.
Four Seasons Sindalah
The Four Seasons Sindalah will offer a range of luxurious accommodations, including 225 guest rooms and suites with terraces that offer breathtaking views of the Red Sea. Additionally, there are 52 villas available, ranging from one to four bedrooms, each featuring plunge pools and picturesque beach views. For an exclusive experience, guests can indulge in the presidential or royal villas, which provide private swimming pools, fully equipped gyms, and access to private yacht docks. The renowned Italian firm, Luca Dini Design and Architecture, known for their exceptional work in superyachts, has meticulously designed the Four Seasons Neom Resort. The resort’s aesthetic combines elegance and sophistication, providing guests with a truly remarkable experience.
Expected opening: 2025 TBC.
