Restaurants
AILYN
AILYN will bring traditional Saudi cuisine to Neom. Backed by Saudi chef Rakan Aloraifi, the restaurant offers a Saudi twist on seafood. Expect to indulge in Hammour Ceviche and Seabass grilled with local spices. For a true Kingdom kick, diners can enjoy a camel steak or hashi t-bone. For those unfamiliar, Rakan Aloraifi has over 10 years of culinary experience. He starred in Top Chef and was awarded the Best Saudi Chef in 2018 by Saudi Tourism. He’s also the chef behind the FACT award-winning Maiz at Bujairi Terrace.
Carosello
Helmed by celebrity chef Carlo Cracco, Carosello brings a taste of Italy to Neom. This restaurant is expected to offer diners a memorable meal, blending traditional flavours with a contemporary twist. With several Michelin-starred restaurants and a reputation for his innovative approach to Italian cuisine, Chef Carlo Cracco has shaped Italy’s modern dining scene. He is known for dishes such as his Done Wrong cutlet, a playful twist on a traditional Milanese cut.
Enrico Bartolini at Sindalah Yacht Club
Chef Enrico Bartolini is a name that instantly grabs your attention. The chef’s worldwide restaurant repertoire boasts a collection of 13 MICHELIN stars, and he is hoping to bring that same culinary magic to Sindalah Yacht Club. Designed by Italian maestro Stefano Ricci, visitors can enjoy a terrace pool, a lounge and a dining room decked out in white Carrara marble, a coffered ceiling and hand-woven textiles from Florence’s historic Antico Setificio Fiorentino. From freshly made pasta to intricate seafood items, the dishes will likely be inspired by the Red Sea, with the chef’s signature flair.
Haru Wa
Haru Wa is a Japanese Korean restaurant that promises to wow diners with its delectable cuisine. This restaurant will likely become a favourite with a lineup of exciting events planned for the year. The restaurant offers intimacy yet liveliness with hints of black, violet, and pink. There will be Japanese calligraphy sessions for an immersive experience, alongside season-specific menus and performances that will make for a memorable meal.
Joël Robuchon Restaurants
Seven distinct dining experiences, under the Joël Robuchon banner, are making their way to Sindalah Island. Guests can start their day at La Bakery, where freshly baked goods make for a delightful breakfast. Les Bubbles will be the go-to spot for sophisticated drinks, while La Creme Des Desserts will feature a wide selection of sweet treats. For chocolate lovers, La Cocoa will offer chocolate-based creations followed by Le Deli, serving classic bites that bring Joël Robuchon’s signature flair to life. La Mer is a beachside destination perfect for sipping and snacking by the water, whereas Le Sunset promises panoramic ocean views.
Marisara
Backed by Atelier House Hospitality, Marisara brings a blend of French and Italian flavours to Sindalah Island. With an exciting array of dishes and a fantastic view, expect the experience to be nothing short of memorable. Chef Seif Yahya is the man behind Marisara’s menu, which offers BBQ Wagyu Short Ribs, Carabineros Shrimp Tartare, Chamomile and Thyme-Infused Lamb Croquette and Spiced Medjool Dates Pudding. The chef previously worked at Assila, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Jeddah.
Mezamar
Blending rich flavours with modern techniques, Atelier House Hospitality’s Mezamar Restaurant will showcase Mediterranean and Turkish flavours. The restaurant is helmed by Chef Ferhat Unsel, who hails from Türkiye and previously worked at Dubai’s Bordomavi. At Mezamar, diners can indulge in the Braised Lamb Shank, the Crustacean Salad or the Marinated Octopus, while those with a sweet tooth can enjoy the Turkish Coffee Basque Cheesecake.
Moksha
An entertainment and dining venue by Addmind Hospitality, Moksha is poised to make its mark on Sindalah Island. While the concept remains under wraps, it is expected to draw inspiration from the group’s renowned Dubai destinations, including Babylon, Iris and White. Though the menu details are still undisclosed, guests can anticipate a blend of international cuisine to suit diverse tastes.
OMEN by Beefbar
As the name suggests, OMEN by Beefbar is all about beef, glorious beef. Meat eaters come closer; vegetarians look away. Meat aficionados will feel right at home in the restaurant. The Beefbar brand includes exclusive imported beef cuts and a gold steak for the gram, but it is not a pretentious dining experience. Instead, it aims to change your expectations about the classic steakhouse – look out for cheeky emoji print on the plates.
Rumbaza
Rumbaza, a modern Mexican restaurant by Addmind Hospitality, is set to spice up Sindalah Island. Known for exceptional dining and entertainment across the Middle East, Addmind promises a vibrant experience. While the full menu remains under wraps, expect classic Mexican favourites like tacos, ceviche, grilled meats, enchiladas, guacamole, tortillas, and margaritas to complete the experience.
Sublimotion
Once billed as the world’s most expensive dining experience, Sublimotion will also find a home on the shores of Sindalah Island. Imagine scraping a course off a mirrored surface, dining while a dish is suspended in mid-air, or wearing a VR headset before you can take a bite—that’s what this restaurant offers. The theatrical show includes imagery projected onto virtually every surface, from the walls to the table, adding to this show-stopping experience. Plus, the experience is highly exclusive, limited to just 12 diners at a time.
The Forensic
Nestled near the Sindalah Club House, The Forensic is backed by Addmind Hospitality and specialises in Mediterranean-inspired cuisine paired with an exceptional beverage menu. Expect to indulge in grilled seafood platters, burrata salads drizzled with olive oil, lamb chops, and pasta dishes. Complementing the culinary offerings will be a thoughtfully curated mocktail menu, ideal for those seeking non-alcoholic options to sip and relax.

Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy Sindalah
The first Apartments by Marriott Bonvoy in the Middle East have been unveiled, catering to the evolving preferences of global travellers seeking a blend of luxury and homely comforts. The units, ranging from studios to one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, will feature a separate living room, full kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer. This approach ensures that guests can enjoy the comfort and convenience of a home away from home while immersing themselves in the luxurious ambience of Sindalah Island.
Four Seasons Sindalah
The Four Seasons Sindalah will offer a range of luxurious accommodations, including 225 guest rooms and suites with terraces offering views of the Red Sea. Additionally, there are 52 villas available, ranging from one to four bedrooms, each featuring plunge pools and beach views. For an exclusive experience, guests can indulge in the presidential or royal villas, which provide private swimming pools, fully equipped gyms, and access to private yacht docks.
Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel Sindalah
Neom is set to welcome a new addition to its luxurious offerings: the Kingdom’s first Autograph Collection Hotels property. The resort boasts 66 exquisitely designed rooms and suites, including one- and two-bedroom villas. There will also be an array of upscale amenities, including multiple dining options, a dedicated kids club, and a rejuvenating spa.
The Luxury Collection Sindalah
Exciting news awaits at Neom with two Marriott Luxury Collection hotels opening. The first property will be a stunning beach resort boasting 70 luxurious rooms and suites, including spacious one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom villas complete with private pools. The second property will be an all-suite sanctuary featuring 115 elegant one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites. Both hotels will feature exceptional restaurants serving diverse cuisines and state-of-the-art leisure facilities for guests to indulge in.

Sindalah Beach Club
MDLBeast is behind the mega music festival Soundstorm. Now, the entertainment company has expanded to Neom with the launch of Sindalah Beach Club. The year-round destination aims to be a modern escape inspired by music that will host immersive experiences. Expect exciting events which combine state-of-the-art audio and visual experiences and transform the venue into an entertainment space. The venue boasts Red Sea views and includes a pool, loungers and access to the sandy shoreline.
Sindalah Golf Course
Sindalah is gearing up to become the GCC’s first island golf course, introducing a unique nine-hole circuit spanning 6,474 yards of sheer golfing bliss. The course boasts 18 teeing points and a 280-metre driving range. Plus, cutting-edge ball-tracking technology and statistics feedback create an ideal environment for you to perfect that swing.
Sindalah Marina
Sindalah Island is a 17-hour sail from the Mediterranean. Upon completion, the site will include 41 islands and a luxury yachting ecosystem with more than 5,000 berths. Plus, there are 86 berths for yachts up to 50 meters and buoys for up to 180 meters for superyachts. Neom has partnered with JLS Yachts to create a yachting community and provide berthing, provisioning, bunkering, customs clearance, transportation and travel arrangements.
