The blueprint has been revealed, promising an event that is nothing short of spectacular.

Saudi Arabia has done it again. The Kingdom has pulled back the curtain on its master plan for Riyadh Expo 2030, which promises to be an epic event. Held under the theme “Together for a Foresighted Tomorrow”, the Kingdom is on a mission to achieve carbon neutrality and set the global standard for sustainability. We’re talking urban afforestation, treated water and new energy sources.

The main goal of Riyadh Expo 2030 is to create an eco-friendly extravaganza with zero carbon emissions. They’re ditching old-fashioned power sources and going all-in on clean, green energy. Solar power will be the shining star of the show. But they’ve also got tricks up their sleeves to boost biodiversity. It’s time to say goodbye to food waste and make recycling cool with their green waste management system.

Riyadh Expo 2030’s design takes inspiration from the rich history, vibrant culture and stunning nature of the capital. Imagine 226 pavilions, standing side by side like a united front of nations. And guess what? Moving between these pavilions will be a breeze. The designs showcase public squares, cultural and innovation hotspots, food services, cosy rest areas and chill waiting zones.

Picture yourself strolling through shady corridors that transport you right into the heart of Riyadh’s architectural heritage. Plus, there’s a green oasis nestled within one of Wadi As-Sulai’s tributaries, providing a nature lover’s paradise that showcases Saudi Arabia’s dedication to preserving and sustainably developing the planet.

The star of the show is undoubtedly a landmark featuring 195 columns representing every country participating in the expo. Surrounding this epic landmark, you’ll find three pavilions, each with its own special theme: “Prosperity for All,” “Climate Action,” and “A Different Tomorrow.” And let’s not forget about the Collaborative Change Corner – the ultimate hub for innovation and creativity.

Riyadh Expo 2030 will be located near the King Salman International Airport – so you can hop off your flight and dive straight into the action. The site will also be connected to Riyadh’s Metro network, whisking visitors to the exhibition site in minutes via three exhibition entrances.
