If you dream about time travelling into the future, a visit to Saudi Arabia’s Neom might be the closest thing. The megaproject has unveiled its first beach club, Xaynor, and it’s in a luxurious location. The beach club is for private members, which adds an air of exclusivity. Situated among the rocky landscape, it boasts a secluded seafront spot with an unspoiled coastline. Xaynor brings together entertainment, leisure and relaxation. The club has a canopy entrance and a pathway down to the beach. Guests can choose to mingle with members or stay solo. The facilities include private pools, beachside lounges, gourmet dining, an entertainment venue, a spa and a wellness centre. Plus, boutique shopping experiences will be available.
Zardun
Perched above the waters of the Gulf of Aqaba, Zardun moves from the majestic mountains to the serene sea, embracing the essence of an Arabian oasis while offering panoramic views across the expansive landscapes. This luxury ecotourism enclave in Neom will host three distinct boutique hotels. Each will embody a unique theme, seamlessly merging with the surrounding environment. At Zardun, activities such as trekking, rock climbing, stargazing and yoga, will foster a profound connection with nature. Educational programs on rewilding, nature protection, and conservation will ensure guests leave with a newfound appreciation for the environment.
Much like other projects in Neom, such as Oxagon, Sindalah, The Line and Trojena, Magna will be focused on sustainable tourism, aligning with Saudi Vision 2030.
“Neom’s premier coastal region of Magna is a treasure of tomorrow, steeped in natural beauty and advanced technology,” shared Nadhmi Al-Nasr, CEO at Neom. “Aligned with our three pillars of redefining business, conservation, and livability, Magna will play a key role in building a strong tourism ecosystem within the region.”
