Embrace the spirit of Eid Al Fitr in the Kingdom.

Saudi Arabia knows how to celebrate, and after the success of Eid Season last year, the Kingdom is once again gearing up for Eid Season 2024. Hosted by the General Entertainment Authority, the festival promises to showcase the country’s rich traditions and heritage.

Eid Season 2024 — in line with Eid Al Fitr — captures the essence of Saudi culture. The festival logo, adorned with bright colours and iconic symbols like palm trees, reflects the spirit of the Kingdom and sets the tone for a lively celebration. From traditional performances to modern events, there’s entertainment for all ages.

Scheduled to take place from 10 to 14 April — depending on the moon sighting — Eid Season 2024 will kick off with Eid prayers. Throughout Eid Season 2024, a variety of events and outings are planned across the Kingdom, offering opportunities for families to create lasting memories together.

From concerts featuring renowned artists to cultural performances showcasing traditional music and dance, there’s no shortage of entertainment options during Eid Season. Some of the events include concerts by Majid Al Muhandis in Jeddah, Modi Alshamrani and Dhom Altlasy in Dammam, Abadi AlJohar, Zena and AlMestrih in Riyadh, and many others.

Eid Al Fitr literally translates to festival of breaking the fast, and marks the end of fasting during Ramadan. Eid Al Fitr is celebrated during the first three days of Shawwal, and falls on the tenth month of the Muslim lunar calendar. Eid is a public holiday in Saudi Arabia, and it is celebrated by Muslims around the world with prayers, meals and gifts.

Ramadan Season is currently underway in Saudi Arabia. The festival celebrates the culture of the country, including the traditions that take place during the Holy Month of fasting. Visitors can enjoy concerts, crafts and cuisine.
