The café makes its way from London to Riyadh.

Al Mamlaka Social Dining has been causing a buzz in Riyadh. The concept opened earlier this year and is an elevated dining hall. The space is home to food from around the world, and it has now welcomed a new kitchen, Lilly’s Café.

Hailing from Covent Garden, London, Lilly’s Café is a charming café. If the London menu is anything to go by, Riyadh is in for a treat. The menu has a British influence and covers breakfast, small and large plates, and cakes and bakes.

Lilly’s Café’s breakfast dishes include Avocado Toast, Banoffee Toast and Turkish Eggs. The small plates include Chili Masala Fries, Levantine Nachos and Tokyo Fries. The large plates include Dill Chicken Pita, Homemade Beef Burger and Roasted Cauliflower Flatbread. The cakes and bakes include Brownies, Carrot Cake and Lemon Drizzle.

Lilly’s Café prides itself on its tea and coffee. The options include a classic afternoon tea with bottomless cake. Plus, the teas have playful names like the Baked Apple Chai, Chillout Mint and Turmeric Twist.

Al Mamlaka Social Dining brings together 20 kitchens and 13 types of cuisine. The concept aims to create a one-of-a-kind social dining destination. The venue is home to the bakeries Bofia, Easy Bakery, and Ovun. The deli dining options include Hanoverian, Lena Lu Bomboloni, Floozie Cookies, PAO, The Pairing Table, and Nakhati.

Al Mamlaka Social Dining is also home to international dining options: Levantine cuisine at Assembly; burgers at Carneb; Hawaiian street food at El Ta’koy; Italian at La Rustica; Saudi bites at Lugmetain Thalatha; Greek dishes at Mezze BY OKTO; Japanese flavours at Nozomi Boutique; steak at Rare Grill; and Lebanese favourites at Seray Bistro.

Happy dining.
