Riyadh, there’s a restaurant that will make you melt. Cacho The Cheese has opened in the capital, and specialises in Italian food. Located in Al Wadi, the menu includes cheesy concoctions across its calzones and pizzas. Here are the highlights.
Cacho The Cheese boasts an eye-catching design with lime green seats, indoor trees and its logo in lights. Spanning indoor and outdoor seats, it is great for groups, as there are large, long tables. Plus, the floor-to-ceiling windows let in lots of light and give the restaurant a bright, breezy aesthetic.
Cacho The Cheese’s menu spans starters, calzone, pizza, pasta, risotto and dessert. The starters include Arancini Bolognese, Bruschetta Parmigiana and Truffle Fries. The calzones include Chicken Caesar Calzone, Quattro Formaggi Calzone and Steak Calzone. Pizzas include Burrata Pizza, Pesto Pizza and Tuscany Chicken Pizza.
The salads include a Chicken Caesar Salad, Pistachio Burrata Salad and Rocca Parmigiana Salad. The pastas include Alfredo Fuchini, Farfalle Pesto and Shrimp Linguine. The risottos include Saffron Shrimp Risotto and Truffle Risotto. Plus, the dessert includes a Kacho Tiramisu.
Saudi Arabia has welcomed a range of new restaurants. The Italian restaurant NOTO is making its way from Paris to Jeddah Walk. Villa Fayrouz hails from Kuwait – it can already be found in AlUla and Riyadh, and is opening in Jeddah. Plus, Ricci San is bringing Japanese cuisine to Jeddah.
Cacho The Cheese is open from Saturday to Thursday from 4pm to 1am, and on Friday from 2pm to 2am.
