The concept offers a modern twist on French classics.

It’s time to say bonjour to a new bistro. The French restaurant Le Perroquet is opening at KAFD in Riyadh. The concept offers a modern twist on traditional French flavours, and aims to create a fine dining yet casual experience.

Le Perroquet in Riyadh takes its name from the French word for parrot. The logo features a parrot sitting on a branch with leaves. The menu changes weekly and uses seasonal ingredients. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Le Perroquet in Riyadh aims to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and guests will be greeted as old friends. On Instagram, one of the taglines states: “The place where strangers arrive but leave as friends.”

KAFD is home to a range of restaurants, from casual concepts to fine dining destinations. Le Perroquet will be able to count A.O.K Kitchen, Black Tap, Il Baretto, Mr Chow and Urth Caffe as its neighbours.

The Saudi Arabian group Oak Hospitality is behind Le Perroquet in Riyadh. The group’s restaurants can be found in the Kingdom. The concepts also include the burger joint 28ZEROFIVE, bites at Monkey Bznz, shawarmas at Shawarma Wrappers, and mocktails at Baroque Beach Bar.

The hospitality group prides itself on pushing boundaries and innovation. The brands have been created in line with Saudi Vision 2030, and aim to honour the Kingdom’s heritage and help create dining destinations.

Plus, Oak Hospitality’s upcoming Italian restaurant, Forno Del Buffone, is making its way from a pop-up in AlUla and NEOM to Al Nakheel, Riyadh. The permanent place aims to reimagine Italian classics from pizzas to pastas in a creative way.
